PHYSEE has growth ambitions and to enable the success of our organization, we are expanding our support team with a new office manager/management assistant. Someone with the “I can do” mentality and a positive mindset.

You will be responsible for all office related topics at both locations in Delft and for the support of the board, with the CEO as most important stakeholder.

As the office manager you encourage and preserve a pleasant workplace environment and always make sure to run the offices in maximum potential. You are the contact person for our colleagues as well as the point of contact for our external relations, providing a high level of hospitality.

As management assistant you will support the board with agenda planning, outlook management and day-to-day business. As part of the support department, you will help organizing company events, after-work drinks and other celebrative moments

What you’ll be doing:

  • You are responsible for creating the most hospitable office experience for all visitors, partners, and colleagues. Keeping an eye for detail in every situation.
  • You will manage the facilities and equipment for the two offices: stock management, stakeholder management etc.
  • You will support the board in outlook management, calendar management, travel arrangements & bookings.
  • You will organize meetings for the board including the logistics and any administrative support needed.
  • You help us in organizing and hosting PHYSEE events, parties, celebrations and after work drinks.  

Who we’re looking for:

  • You have Office Manager and Executive Assistant experience, supporting senior management and a wider team.
  • You are experienced in stakeholder management (internal and external).
  • Event management and/or experience in the hospitality industry are a pro.
  • You have experience working in a multinational organization.
  • You are fluent In Dutch and English (both verbally and in writing).
  • 32-40 hours per week availability.
  • You are used to work full-time at the office.
