This is just the beginning and we want you to be a part of it.

We are a technology company from Delft, engineering coating, solar, and sensor solutions for the global energy transition. Across all these solutions, we consistently aim to change the perspective on how current materials are used and implemented, as well as challenge the system innovation behind them.

PAR+ is on a mission to increase yield inside greenhouses in a sustainable manner with a revolutionary coating. At our location in Delft, we make the coatings and perform tests on them to improve the coating formulation and performance. Every now and then, we also produce the coating at larger volume to be used in pilot projects. Therefore, we are looking for Lab Assistant (working student) to support us with the different laboratory activities.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Making and testing our PAR+ coatings in a chemical lab.
  • Performing a variety of tests on PAR+ coatings, in- and outside the lab.

Who we’re looking for:

  • You are a technical student, HBO or WO, available for 12 – 36 hours a week.
  • You had prior experiences working in a (chemical) lab and knew how to handle lab work safely.
  • You like to work hands-on and enjoy finding solutions to new challenges.
  • Bonus points if you hold a VCA license, driver license, and a happy face.
  • Having basic understanding in chemical coatings and/or plants physiology is a plus.
  • You like what you do, and do what you like.

What you can expect?

  • Be part of a growing organization, with the mission of transforming the built environment into a smart, sustainable, and healthy eco-system.
  • Have variety in your daily activities through active knowledge sharing, presentations.
  • Work-life balance.
  • Open environment to express your opinion and share new ideas.
  • Work in an English environment, with 12 different nationalities.
