PHYSEE has very ambitious 2021 growth targets and to further unlock this potential we are expanding the commercial team and hiring an Account Manager.

In this role, you will take ownership of our entire sales process. Building on your track record in delivering high-performance sales results, you will focus on accelerating deal cycles and closing deals. You will be able to advise our clients on the best solution to activate the façade of their building to become more sustainable and smart.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Nurture leads, shape the best-valued solution for a project, and convert prospects into happy clients.
  • Understand where the value of SmartSkin is most appreciated and be very good at generating demand in these places.
  • Create and pitch commercial proposals to different stakeholders in the decision-making unit of a project, making use of pricing and technical input from different experts on the team.
  • Own all relationships around a deal (externally and internally).
  • Your responsibilities include setting up meetings with clients and stakeholders, pitching the most valued solutions, influencing the decision-making process, as well as negotiating terms among prospective partners.
  • Collaborate with all other departments within PHYSEE, in order to serve our clients in the best possible way.
  • You will act as an ambassador internally and externally and represent PHYSEE’s values at all times.
Who we’re looking for? 

  • An experienced Account Manager with a proven track record in closing complex deals.
  • Sales Experience of 3-5 years with scaling commercial processes of complex technical solutions (consultative selling). Ideally, you have worked in real estate, building construction sector(s), or solution-oriented sales.
  • You hold a degree in a technical oriented education such as (but not limited to): building sciences, architecture, real estate management, industrial design, engineering or you have previous working experience that allows you to quickly understand our solutions.
  • You are someone who is able to understand technical discussions and be a partner for both commercial and technical-oriented clients and colleagues.
  • You are an outgoing person, show perseverance, a good networker, and presenter. You are a full exponent of PHYSEE's mission and culture.
  • You are fluent in both English & Dutch. Knowledge of German and/or French is a plus.
  • You feel a strong passion to change the perspective on sustainable construction with our technological solutions.
